At Nutrifactor, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Nutrifactor account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Package the Items
Ensure all garments are unworn, unwashed, and have original tags attached before placing them back in their original packaging.
Ship to Warehouse
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
